What is JITMELT IQ?
An engineering platform being developed to connect material, product and manufacturing decisions within the same project.
How can we start a project?
Share your requirements by contact form, email or WhatsApp. We begin by reviewing the product purpose, technical requirements and available information.
What information is needed?
A short product description, operating conditions and a summary of available drawings or material information are enough for an initial discussion. A separate process is agreed for confidential technical files.
Are all platform modules available?
Design, Mold, SIM, Process, Quality and Memory records are active. Save your inputs and calculate mass, clamping estimates, analytical fill time, output rate and quality statistics. t = geometric volume / mean flow. Compressibility, temperature-dependent volume, freezing, pressure drop and 3D flow are not solved. This is an analytical estimate; OpenFOAM/CFD is not executed.
How is missing technical data handled?
Missing or contradictory values are not filled with guesses. They are identified as items requiring a source or validation.
Which languages are supported?
TR, EN, DE, ES, IT and FR are supported. Other browser languages open in English. Your choice is remembered.
